Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 61 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €290 is due.
Notes
Please note:  During peak season Monday to Thursday nights require a minimum four night booking and Friday to Sunday nights require a minimum three night booking. Christmas and New Year are separate seven night breaks. If you require fewer nights than you are able to book, or have a staggered work related requirement, please message us for a quote.
Weekly discounts are automatically applied when you select seven nights or more.Â
Smoking Policy: We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the property. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard, away from any open windows or doors.
